Hi, I’m Carolyn - performer, personal trainer, and your slightly dramatic, behind-the-scenes coach for building a body that can actually keep up with your talent.

I work with dancers, actors, and singers who want to move with confidence and stop burning out every time rehearsal ramps up. You know that moment when your brain says “I’ve got this” but your hips say “good luck, champ”? Or when you finally get time off and just crash? Yeah. That’s where I come in.

At the StretchiFlex, we train smart, we train consistently, and you’re not doing it alone. I help you build stamina, mobility, and strength so you can actually live your dream without your body holding you back.

I’ve trained as a personal trainer, studied performing arts inside and out, and I’m currently doing a Master’s in Theology and Performing Arts (aka: I’m obsessed with how artists move, rest, and recover).
