This isn’t generic gym training - it’s movement designed for performing artists. Each session helps you develop the physical foundation your craft depends on: endurance, coordination, power, and control. Every session is customised to you: your life, and your career.
What it includes:
1:1 personal training tailored to your schedule.
Endurance and stamina (yes you will be singing or delivering a dramatic monologue while doing sprint drills and plank holds. And you’ll have SO MUCH FUN doing it). Hello, lung control and elite diaphragmatic support.
Conditioning focused on posture, stamina, and injury prevention.
Endurance focused on lung capacity and plyometrics.
Free customised home or gym programs for clients for between sessions.
